About Erin
Erin Davis is a wellness leader and educator, breast cancer survivor, multipreneur, and mom of two with over a decade of experience in both education and the wellness Industry.
In addition to an Honours Bachelor of Science degree as well as a degree in Education with two honours specialists, Erin has earned her 500hr Yoga Teacher Training Certification, OCR certification as a Reflexologist as well as coaching certifications for Breathwork, Mindfulness, and Flexibility coaching. Erin also has extensive experience leading breathwork, alignment, and meditation sessions in both virtual and in-person settings.
After fifteen years of experience as a secondary school teacher and over a decade of owning and operating a yoga and reflexology studio, Erin has continued to grow her health and wellness business online. Equipped with a personal love for learning and growing, and a deep desire to help others, Erin strives to bring what she has learned to others to help professionals who are feeling stressed and disconnected from themselves develop their skills and personal ability to ReAlign and reconnect back to their true self with simple, yet effective, tools and practices to support their own wellness, every day.
Erin combines her experience and skills as an educator and a wellness leader to deliver thoughtful, clear, and engaging lessons and workshops to help you bring calm and wellbeing into your life.

My Philosophy
Prioritizing your personal health and wellbeing is important and doesn't have to be complicated or involve profound changes. Making a few small intentional shifts to realign can have a tremendous impact on your stress, happiness, and wellness.
My goal is to demystify the practices of yoga breathing, reflexology, mindfulness, and meditation to teach simple, accessible and effective wellness practices that can be self-accessed at any time. By helping you discover ways to reconnect and feel ReAligned with your breath, body, and self I believe that you can create sustainable, healthy habits, lower stress levels, and cultivate calm and connection within yourself.
